Front of House Vacancy

We have a vacancy for a Front of House staff member.

We are seeking a person to join our friendly team with a sense of humour who can work under pressure with a pleasant manner.

Must have a professional customer service manner and high standard of personal presentation with attention to detail skills.

Customer service experience is preferred but not essential for the right person as training will be provided.

Day time & evening shifts available on week days and weekends.

This job includes:

- Greeting our customers and taking orders

- Clearing & cleaning tables

- Keeping the front of house clean and tidy

- Helping with dishes

- Serving food orders

- General front of house duties

Good Afternoon Everyone!! 😁
We are opening our cafe from tomorrow morning 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM for business

There are some instructions to all our customers during level 2 .

Face mask and 2m distance are compulsory. Everyone should follow these two rules. You can take your mask off while you are eating inside.

I hope you all stick to these two rules and make sure sanitising your hands, register your details in the register book and scan COVID-QR code before you enter inside

Waiters or Waitresses are responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests. They play an important role in guest satisfaction as they are also responsible for checking on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems

Duties and responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer services
Always strive towards best customer satisfaction

We are searching for an engaging, courteous Barista who is passionate about food and beverage preparation. You have to greet customers, answer their questions, take orders and accept payments, and prepare and serve food and drinks. You will also maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and dining area, update displays, and continuously expand your knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation.

To succeed as a barista, you should be committed to providing customers with excellent service. You should be positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite.

Barista Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
