With an established shop in Huapai and a busy food truck catering at festivals, events and private functions, no two days are the same 😉

You’ll ideally have,
At least 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen
Experience cooking Asian or Filipino cuisine is an advantage.
The ability to work confidently across grill, fryer, prep, and pass sections.
Strong time management and the ability to perform under pressure.
A commitment to maintaining our high standards of quality and consistency.
Pride in contributing ideas while respecting established recipes and kitchen procedures.
Experience with food preparation, stock rotation, and minimising food waste.
Flexibility to work across both our Huapai restaurant and food truck when required.
