We are seeking an experienced barista to join our friendly team at Cheeky Sparrow café Hornby.

The position is part-time/casual

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

- Have had experience in a similar role in a fast paced barista setting. Must have barista experience.

- Can produce excellent coffee at a good speed

- Weekend work essential

- Must be able to work a rotating late night

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

- 1 year experience in a similar role in a fast paced barista setting. Must have barista experience.

We are looking for a full-time Café Supervisor ,you will be assisting the café owner in overall management and operations of the cafe business

What we are looking for someone who has:

• Previous relevant café work experience in Management or supervisory Position.
• Excellent barista skills
• Ability to manage a team
• Excellent communication skills.
• A good team player and a proactive multi-tasker.
• Reliable, punctual and have a can-do attitude.
• Must be flexible as you will need to work on weekends as well as public holidays.
• Undertake all the operations of the business in the absence of Manager
• To ensure cafe is clean and tidy all the times.
• Provide training to the staff as and when required.
