Exciting news our build a burger was such a hit at our American BBQ Style nights, so we have decided to add to our Buffet for a little while to see how it goes. We are open Thursday, Friday, Saturday this week Sunday will be watched for bookings otherwise we may close Sunday.

Good Morning all,
I was considering on how we could post a menu up for our "American BBQ style" buffet this coming weekend...... ....... .....
I was looking right at it! A folder with concept drawings of when we were designing the new Shads.
So here we have a concept of what should be available for our diners this weekend.
It was interesting going through the many concepts of design I had done, (with my wife of course lol), the time we spent even calculating the safest spacing for two people to pass in opposing direction while carrying plates, some people with the inability to carry themselves and others that require assistance.......
Time flies by so quickly........
So you don't want to miss this......................BOOK NOW!!!!!

Rumours of Shads "closing down" and/or "selling up" seem to be rife around our lovely township of Hawera.

Shads Restaurant is NOT closing, our A-La-Carte setting is taking a break over the winter period only.
To Celebrate us not closing, Shads is doing what we suggested we wanted to do,
