Last week was our first round of ABC Racing, and now it’s time to see what Week 2 brings! 🍀🐎

Remember, it’s simple:
🔤 You’re given a letter of the alphabet
🏇 A race meeting is selected
🎯 If a winning horse wins with your letter, you score 1 point!

🏆 $520 PRIZE POOL
🥇 $260 – First to reach 10 points
🥈 $150 – Next highest points

📣 SOUTH TARANAKI CLUB MEMBERS – HAVE YOUR SAY! 📣

The ballot is now open for members to vote on an important proposal regarding the wearing of hats inside the Club.

🗳 Voting is open from 11.00am Tuesday 1 September until 4.00pm Saturday 26 September 2026.

Proposal:
"That members be permitted to wear hats inside the Club, provided the hat is clean, respectful, and does not obscure the face."

✅ One vote per member
✅ Current membership card required
✅ Ballot forms available from the STC Bar
✅ Completed ballot forms must be returned when collected

Please help us by collecting your voting paper outside of busy bar service times where possible.

Every member has the opportunity to have their say on this proposal, so make sure your voice is heard before voting closes.

🗓 Voting closes at 4.00pm on Saturday 26 September 2026.
