Where we specialise in Paleo food. What is Paleo

Eating paleo just means eating like our Stone Age ancestors did. Before the introduction of farming, humans once lived on a highly nutritious diet of fish, shellfish, poultry, game, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds; a far cry from the highly processed and refined foods we find in the centre aisles of our supermarket

today. What Paleo is not

Refined foods laden with gluten, yeast, dairy and sugar. Our bodies are not designed to cope with these highly processed foods. We believe that avoiding these foods helps our bodies to function optimally. We believe that given the 'right conditions' your body can heal itself. Use Food as Medicine
