In addition we have a private mezzanine floor with balcony for group bookings, functions and weddings. St Georges Restaurant is very ingredient driven using organic and sustainable meats, seasonal fruits and vegetables. The majority of our fruit and vegetables are personally grown and hand-picked by Francky. Each dish is designed to carry a meaning, etched to be a pristine sensory delight for you to marvel. Nature doesn't need a filter.

Every colour on the plate started in the ground, on a vine, in a tree, under the sun. We just get to plate it up.

Francky's been growing his own food since he was a child in Goa, and that habit never left him. These days it means 90% of what you're eating was picked from our garden, often the same day.

The result is food that's as bright and full of flavour as it looks.
