We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to join our team at Pattie & Brioche.
This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely loves coffee, takes pride in consistency and quality, and enjoys creating a great experience for every guest.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading the coffee operation and maintaining high standards
Preparing consistently excellent coffee
Training and mentoring the FOH team
Managing coffee workflow during busy services
Maintaining coffee equipment and ensuring the bar is clean and organised
Helping develop and maintain our coffee offering
Working closely with the wider FOH and kitchen teams
