Beef Brisket 🐂🐄🐃
Such a great, easy piece of meat.
3 cloves of garlic, a hefty pinch of salt (or 3😉) turn the oven on 115 degrees, place it in a crock pot with a little bit of water, slow cook it for 5-6 hours, then rest it for about an hour, and boom! One tasty, tender juicy bit of beef with hardly any prep time, and it cooks while you go about your day.
Dinner in the oven by 10 or 11am, and while its resting (double wrapped in tinfoil to keep the juices trapped), turn the oven up to 180, place some veges in the juice that remains in the crock pot, and roast them.
Couldn't get a better, easier dinner if you tried.😋😍😎🥳🤩
