Urban Smokery At the Urban Smokery we batch smoke with passion. We also offer a fish smoking service for recreational anglers.

Producing hot smoked salmon and other smoked products, available at the HB Farmer's Market, directly or through selected speciality store. Find us at the Hawke's Bay Farmers' Market Sunday mornings or during the week by arrangement. The varieties of white fish vary depending on what has been locally caught, the salmon is sourced from the South Island. The fish is either cured or brined to be natur

al or flavoured, then smoked over apple wood. We also have a range of delicious smoked fish dips. Our products contain no preservatives or additives. A smoking service is also offered for recreationally caught fish!
