VALENTINE’S DAY LUNCH DEGUSTATION WITH ANDREW CLARKE

Join us at Furnace on Saturday the 14th of February as we host an exclusive Valentine’s Day lunch degustation, featuring five courses curated by acclaimed Hamilton chef Andrew Clarke.

Designed for a leisurely and romantic afternoon from 12.30pm to 3.30pm, with a focus on sharing with your partner, this intimate event is limited to just 75 places. Tickets are $99 per person, or $129 with wine matches.

Avoid a hectic Saturday evening in town fighting over a limited supply of car parks. Have a relaxing afternoon instead sharing a long lunch with the person you love. To book your table, please email [email protected].

Experience summer dining at its finest with our $89 four-course chef’s menu, available from 6th January to 12th February. Each dish has been crafted to showcase the season’s best flavours, from Lava Rolls and Scallop Tortellini to Wagyu Bavette and Strawberry Posset.

Enhance the evening with optional wine matches - $30 for 120ml pours, or $40 for 180ml - thoughtfully paired to complement every course.
