I am pleased to announce that I have been invited to participate in the Waikato University Open Day this Friday, 22/05/2026
where I will be operating a food stall.

The stall, opening at 7:30am, will cater to everyone, particularly the Fijian and Pasifika community.

I will be present throughout the day, ensuring that our food supply lasts.

As you know, Kai VT prides itself on serving high-quality food that meets your expectations.

I invite you to visit our stall and sample our diverse range of affordable and delicious options.

The menu will feature the following items:

🔹Island Style Bbq
including
lamb chops,
pork belly,
chicken,
sausage,
pasta salad, and cassava;

🔹roast drumstick pasta salad and sapasui

🔹rice and curry chicken;

🔹roti curry con beef potatoes parcel;

🔹fruit juice;

🔹Fijian Desert vakalolo;

🔹fry bread

🔹pineapple mango skin powder.

I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to @ Kaute Pasifika Trust for providing me with the opportunity to cater for the four-week workshop held every Thursday. I'm thankful for each catering or sales opportunity as it allows me to bless others. Some photos I have taken during my cooking sessions, particularly from the first week (though I forgot to take pictures, it will give you a rough idea of what I can offer), demonstrate my capabilities. The price per serving is $12, with a discounted rate of $10 for the last workshop, should you be interested in my services. Regardless of the workshop size, I'm more than happy to assist and provide food that satisfies your hunger.

This week, I embarked on an exciting journey, stepping out of my comfort zone to share my incredible BBQ plate with my Dinsdale community - and the response was phenomenal, selling out in no time! I'd like to extend heartfelt gratitude to each individual who placed an order, and I am thrilled to announce that this is just the beginning of an amazing venture. The overwhelmingly positive feedback has been truly humbling, and I'm so grateful to have customers who appreciate my passion.
