This dish needs no introduction. A Lone Star Legend in its own right; the Dixie Chicken! Free Range Chicken breast poached in a creamy sauce of white wine, garlic, spring onion, fresh herbs, corn & carrot. Served with buffalo chips and Lone Star coleslaw. The Hamilton Joe’s Garage community can now enjoy this famous dish alongside their Joe’s faves!

After 20 years at 185 Victoria Street we are off to better pastures! We will keep you updated on our progress for a new site but we will be back soon. We thank all our loyal staff, suppliers and guests over the years!

Dear Facebook followers - thank you for your support of our Lone Star Hamilton over the years. 🙏

It is with a mixture of sadness and a view to the future after nearly 20 years of hugely successful trading we’ve decided not to renew the lease for the new year. 24th December will be our last evening of trading. 😥 We are actively looking for a new site to reposition ourselves to in the near future - this isn’t the end!

However, in the mean time, we're not going to be far away! 🙋 As some of you will know, we also own Lone Star Rototuna and we would love to see you there! The first 100 people to put the code : SAYHELLO2021 into their Loyal app will get $10 on the house at Lone Star Rototuna to spend before 31st March 2021.* T&Cs apply.
