第三弾!昭和屋台風醤油ラーメン🍜

At first glance, it may seem simple — a clear soy broth, delicate noodles, a few carefully chosen toppings.
But true Shoyu Ramen has never been about complexity. It is about balance, patience, and craftsmanship.

Every bowl is a quiet tribute to tradition.
The broth is slowly layered with deep umami, bringing together a rich soy-based aroma that is clean, savoury, and beautifully refined.
The noodles, the soup, the toppings — each element is prepared with care, so that nothing overwhelms, and nothing is out of place.

What appears humble is, in fact, deeply thoughtful.
It is the kind of ramen that doesn’t need to shout to be remembered.
The first sip is comforting, the next is addictive, and the last leaves a flavour that lingers long after the bowl is empty.

More than just a meal, it feels like stepping back in time —
as if you’ve wandered into a small Showa-era yatai, where the warm steam rises into the night air, and every bowl carries the nostalgic soul of old Japan.

Simple, but never ordinary.
Fragrant, deeply savoury, and unforgettable to the very last drop.

Dear Customers

EDO Japanese Restaurant are going to introduce New “Ichiran Style” Tonkotsu Ramen from 21st/May(Wednesday)

Our natural pork-bone soup is skimmed to perfection so that the ultimate flavor of pork is drawn out. Our creamy soup is made using a technique developed by our head chef through years of research to draw out the robust flavors of the pork bone broth.

Additionally, Our “ICHIRAN STYLE” aged Spicy Red Sauce” (Hiden no Tare) is made from combining over 20 different spices and then slowly aging it to perfection. This creates a sauce that is spicy yet contains a full of a variety of flavors that when combined with our broth and noodles, creates a richer, tastier ramen. Visually, the red circular shape of the sauce contrasts beautifully with the light, cloudy broth.
