It's been nearly five years of dishing-up the best sourdough wood-fired pizza and locally-inspired fare to Hamiltonians. We now make way for the next team to take over our beautiful space and express themselves through their own offering.
We are proud to have added something different to the dining scene in Hamilton, sourcing and championing small local producers along the way. We have made a lot of friendships and opened up a lot of conversations around what ends up on a plate of food; provenance, quality, consideration, care and choices. For those of you that have engaged with our team over the years we hope you have felt our passion and warmth of hospitality.
We thank you all for your support and enthusiasm for Dough Bros and we invite you to join us for one last conversation: our dining room will be open up until Sunday August 18th.
We have bowed to some pressure from our regulars and dug into the playbook to bring back our Arancini and Polenta Chip dishes for one last hurrah. These will feature on slightly reduced menu.
We now look ahead to the next challenge, new adventures and to prioritising time with family.
Please help us spread the word. We understand we will be leaving a void in a few peoples lives and have already shared a few teary exchanges with our regulars. We wish you all the very best and encourage you to keep supporting eateries you love, especially those independent, owner-operated ones that have so much to offer.
