ZURU Nightglow returns to the University of Waikato on Saturday 21 March 2026.

Returning to the University means more space, more energy, and a chance to bring back the tradition we know so many people love. The event site will be fully fenced with increased security, ensuring a safe environment where only valid ticket holders can attend.

In 2026, ZURU Nightglow will take place on the first day of the festival, setting the tone for an incredible week ahead. This free ticketed event will feature live music, choreographed hot air balloons, and the SkyCity Hamilton fireworks. With increased capacity at the University, even more people will be able to experience the magic.

Save the date: Saturday 21 March 2026
Ticket details will be announced later this year.
