A drivable Par 4 down the stretch for those willing to take the risk.

The prevailing wind is often down and off the right, tempting the bigger hitters to have a crack at the green. But with one of the slimmest greens at Tieke and steep run-offs waiting on either side, there’s plenty of trouble if you don’t get it right.

For those playing it more conservatively, the left side of the fairway is the ideal position, giving you a more direct approach up the length of the green.

A good short game might give you the confidence to get aggressive off the tee.

We're busy getting ready to host the 2026 Tieke Strokeplay from Thursday through to Saturday, with a full field of players set to take on the course.

This year's tournament also incorporates the North Island Strokeplay Championship, bringing many of New Zealand's top amateur golfers to Tieke for three days of competition.

We're looking forward to welcoming players from around the country and wish everyone the very best for the tournament. ⛳

Looking for a midweek round with a bit of competition? 🏌

Our Tieke Monthly Midweek Open runs on the third Wednesday of every month and features Gross, Stableford and Nett competitions.

It’s a great chance to enjoy the course, test your game, and join other golfers for a relaxed midweek event (with a chance to win a prize!)
