We are still absolutely buzzing from winning Gold for our Steak & Cheese pie at Bakels New Zealand Supreme Pie Awards but today took things to a whole new level.

We were incredibly honoured to welcome special guests from the Bakels team right here to our shop! Having them walk through our doors to see where the magic happens and celebrate our win face-to-face means the world to our team.

Behind every perfect layer of flaky pastry and rich, gooey steak and cheese is a team that pours their heart into baking for our community.

A massive thank you to Brent Kersel (Managing Director / Chief Executive) and Nathan Roberts (National Sales Manager) for stopping by. And to our amazing Hamilton community—thank you for your incredible support!
