Bar worker/Shop Assistant Required

Two shifts available
1. Monday - Friday (30hrs)
2. Wednesday - Sunday (30hrs)

- This job can be physically demanding with the loading of fridges and stocking of shelves
- You will need to be quick on your feet, working in the bar and superette
- As with most bar work, there will be late nights
- We are located in Patutahi so you will need reliable transport

The ideal candidate must be:
- Honest and reliable
- Open to working nights and weekends
- Preference given to a candidate with relevant training (LCQ/Bar managers licence)

Covid-19 Alert Level 2 Update:

Superette:
As per the previous levels, we will continue to operate a one customer in one customer out policy, once we arrive at Level 2.
This policy will remain in place until further notice. I know this is "hoha" but if it means keeping people safe then please be understanding.

Foodbar:
Since Level 3 we have been cooking up a storm offering yummy kai from our pie warmers. This food is available Monday to Friday from 9:30am.
We are now picking up some projects that were halted at Level 4. Once completed, our Fish & Chip Takeaways will open for business. Please don't be disappointed, we will be back......watch this space...👍

Tavern:
From Thursday 21 May 2020, bars have been given the green light to open for business. I am presently self-assessing this business on whether we have the ability to operate safely within the given restrictions & guidelines. It's quite mind boggling but I have to get this right.
To all our hearty patrons, we will get there, eventually.
At this stage I will not be giving a definite YES or NO.
So please continue to follow our page for updates.

And finally, we are continuing to operate our 'off-licence', currently stocking a wide range of chilled beers, RTDs, low alcohol beverages and wines. These products are all reasonably priced considering our location.

So remember "shop local, stay safe, be kind"......🙂
