The Bushmere Arms Giant Pumpkin Festival is being held at the Bushmere Arms on Sunday April 09, 2017 and will be another outstanding year of giant pumpkins, kids activities, raffles, food and drink and over $1000 in prize money. Join us for a great day - bring the family, enjoy some lunch and see the amazing pumpkins small and large. Remember if you have grown a pumpkin and it isn't the biggest - bring it down as it can still be entered into our lucky pumpkin draw! The Pak'nSave Gisborne Giant Pumpkin Colouring Competition will open on March 20th so grab your entry form at Pak'nSave Gisborne or it will be printed in the paper on Tuesday 20 March. So cut it out, colour it in and drop it into Pak'nSave Gisborne by April 6th and be into win a prize!

FOUND LOST DOG!!!

Thanks to all those that helped including ! MORE FM More Fm Gisborne

is anyone finds a black and white heading dog lost near to the Bushmere Arms please call Robin. Lost Sunday afternoon 4pm.

She answers to ‘Blue’ and has see-through blue eyes.

She has recently had puppies and an operation so will be tired and probably distressed.

She usually lives in Rere so is a long way from home. You can also call 021817131 to speak to the owner.

We are looking for some bar tenders!

Anyone keen on work from nightly 5pm-10pm looking after the gastro pub or restaurant bar. Some casual day work also available when we have events. If you think you could help us out, please send us an email to Bushmere Arms or give Robin a call!

Commitment, honesty and initiative are the most important things we are looking for, we can teach everything else on the job.

The role will include serving customers at the bar, delivering meals, restocking the bar, clearing tables and need a general happy attitude when speaking to our fabulous and loyal customers.
