Vaca Atolada isn't just another beef stew—it's one of Brazil's classic comfort dishes.

Our version starts with slow-cooked brisket, simmered for hours until it's melt-in-your-mouth tender. We add smoked sausage for extra depth of flavour, then finish it with cassava, which slowly cooks into the rich broth, making every spoonful hearty and satisfying.

Simple ingredients, cooked with patience, just the way they should be.

If you're looking for something warm, filling and full of authentic Brazilian flavour, this is the dish to try.
