Morena cupcake lovers.
Planning has started for the Maggie Mays Christmas cupcake boxes. I am deciding in flavours and designs then of course testing recipes.

Evening cupcake lovers.

I love receiving a parcel with new goodies for my baking.
Today’s parcel has some more ribbon for tying the boxes to help them look beautiful. Every order is tied with organza ribbon. Most colours covered now.
Some cute star punches for the handmade fondant decorations I make myself.
More embossers for fondant disks for the top of cakes and cupcakes. You’ll see one contains the dreaded “C” word… yep Christmas.

Calm shades of sage green for this blokes birthday cake and cupcakes. I really love these colours. The photos don’t show how lovely the true colour is.
They are chocolate cake. The buttercream
is butterscotch vanilla and the cake layers are filled with salted caramel buttercream.

Happy Sunday cupcake lovers

Busy kitchen here chocolate mudcake cupcakes hot out of the oven for a upcoming friends baby shower. Stay tuned later in the week for them all decorated and looking gorgeous.
There is a whole block of Whittakers dark chocolate in these puppies and boy does my kitchen smell divine.

While they baked I put this cute decal on my window so when you come for a pick up you know for sure you’re at the right place. Along with the “cupcakes make people happy” sign in the window. 😊🧁

Hi Cupcake lovers.

This little beauty is headed to work for a Daffodil Day fundraiser morning tea tomorrow

It’s a triple layer 5 inch lemon cake with white chocolate and blueberry buttercream with a home made blueberry jam filling in the layers.

Evening cupcake lovers,

Tonight’s cupcakes are vanilla filled with raspberry jam and a buttercream flavoured with dried raspberry powder. The taste is delicious.
I love the fun ruffle tops, they are a lot of fun. They are finished off with pink glitter and dried rose petals and raspberries.

I am a volunteer baker for GBB and these are headed to a local community group tomorrow.

Home made salted caramel sauce for flavouring buttercream, and boy is it worth it.🧁🤗

PS: I had a taste now it’s cooled and oh my goodness it tastes so yummy.

Super cute gender reveal cupcakes.
A vanilla cupcake coloured to reveal the gender of the baby, with a raspberry jam filling and berry vanilla buttercream. They are adorned with little fondant flowers.
