First Birthday!
As we fast approach our first birthday, we have been reflecting on the exciting (and daunting) journey we have been on; from renovations, to our opening day, to making our 10,000th coffee, and all the other milestones, good times, and events that have marked our first year.
We feel grateful and humbled by all the smiles, thank-yous and "great coffee" comments we get every day.
Of course, Ginger Ninja Coffee House wouldn't have the same feel if it weren't for the awesome people who help this place hum. They come in with smiles, look after each other, and try their best to make sure our guests enjoy themselves - it wouldn't be the same, and we couldn't have done it without them - so thank you. Equally, we wouldn't be where we are without all the help, kind words and encouragement from our friends, family and the many others who have helped us along the way.
It's a real privilege to be part of the Foxton and Foxton Beach Community who have looked after us, looked out for us, supported us, and been patient while we learn and grow – thank you.
We were recently reminded of how neat our community is when a water pipe in the kitchen wall sprung a leak at 5pm on a Friday night. Within the hour J Johnstone Construction Ltd and Harris & Eckersley Plumbing & Gas Ltd. had the wall open, the offending pipe replaced and the kitchen back in action for the weekend.
We wouldn't be who, or where we are today without our staff, our community and all the trades, services and community support we have received on our journey.
A special thank you to:
