So it is official, we have finally settled and I Scream for Ice Cream is closed. Seang, the new owner, will be doing some renovations before he opens, which I suspect will be towards the end of the month. He will be offering a slightly reduced, but fabulous range of ice cream, along with a new bakery service.
A lot of our menu will remain, including the fruit smoothies, real fruit ice cream and our delicious shakes.
We don't always like change but, like death and taxation, it is an inevitably in life. Adding Seang's homemade donuts to the menu can only be a good thing though. Please welcome him with open arms and introduce him to Friendly Feilding and all you wonderful folk who live here.
There will be one final message from me once I have got my head around the changes.

On Thursday we closed the doors believing the sale was going to settle later that afternoon. Sadly, it didn't and it still didn't complete on friday. Knowing I still need to pay rent, electricity etc, I will be OPEN TODAY.
Stock is limited to confectionery, our range of red bull drinks and branded stick ice creams (Memphis, fruju, popsicle etc).
Our pick 'n' mix range, including SUGAR FREE, will be at a special price of $3 per 100g (usually $3.90) and our chocolates will be $2 each.
Hours are 11.30-4pm come in and get your sugar rush

We will be closing at 1pm today.
Thank you for all the wonderful support. We have loved being part of the community and creating memories for everyone. It is an emotional day and I will do another post shortly, but in the meantime we have left the building. ###X

WOW, what a day today was. Thank you so much to everyone who helped me clear out so much stock. Due to a bit of late notice there is more to clear tomorrow. We are opening at 10am but don't know what time we have to close (settlement time) so, based on today, you'll have to be quick. 50% off Tiptop passionfruit, Strawberry Rocky Road and Hokey Pokey, Kapiti Triple Chocolate and Deep South Liquorice. Well, it's official, we are completing the sale tomorrow. I need to clear some ice cream, especially DAIRY FREE. So for today and tomorrow Dairy free ice cream, lemon sorbet, affogato, Strawberry surprise, kapiti cookies and cream, DIABETIC vanilla and Chateau caramel ripple are all HALF PRICE! Takeaway tubs are also available.

As you maybe aware, the business has been on the market. We have now sold and settlement dates keep changing but we could potentially exchange on Thursday 10th July. So, If you have any VOUCHERS, please use them as they will not be valid once the sale goes through. I will keep you updated if anything changes.
