A rare and beautifully expressive washed Gesha from Pablo Guerrero, grown in Huila, Colombia.

This is the kind of coffee that reminds us why Gesha has become one of the most celebrated varietals in specialty coffee. Delicate, aromatic and incredibly clean, Pablo’s careful processing brings structure and clarity while allowing the cup to open with vibrant stone fruit, soft florals and a refined citrus sweetness. What stood out to us in this Karinga AA was its Aperol/ citrus character - more blood orange, citrus peel, tangerine than the blackcurrant profile we often look for in Kenyan coffees. It still has the clarity and structure we love from Kenya, but with a different kind of brightness: zesty, layered, and gently bittersweet. Available now online

A playful collision of coffee and beer culture, this limited release from Sara at El Silencio is presented in our 125g ‘beer’ cans.

The cherries undergo a controlled 42-hour anaerobic fermentation with beer hops - an unusual co-ferment process that brings a distinctive twist to the coffee’s natural sweetness and floral character. It’s not beer, and it’s not flavoured coffee; it’s a carefully designed fermentation designed to shape the cup in a subtle, expressive way.

Kenya Gikirima AA has landed.

A washed coffee from Embu, grown by smallholder producers near the slopes of Mount Kenya, this is everything we love about a great Kenyan profile: bright, structured, and full of crisp fruit.

Expect vibrant blackcurrant, red apple, and raw sugar sweetness - clean, expressive, and beautifully balanced.

We’ve roasted this lot primarily for filter to highlight its clarity and layered fruit notes, but we’ve also been pulling it as espresso and it absolutely shines.
