Our journey begins in the heart of Dunedin, with our restaurant revolving around four pillars of fire, curing, aging, and fermenting to provide an exceptional experience. Our open kitchen allows guests a clear view of the action that unfolds and showcases the charcoal grill and dry-aging meat locker displaying our house cut steaks in process for our signature dishes. ef, which are all grass-fed and raised naturally. Our beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 30 days to make the meat more tender while increasing the flavour profile and overall satisfaction. Our team are passionate about using locally sourced produce wherever possible, this approach offers an ever-changing menu designed around shared small plates, dry-aged meat, and exceptional drinks to pair.
