We are looking for a full-time Manager for our Auckland Branch.
located at 395 Mount Eden Road, Auckland
Ideally, someone who is fluent in English and Chinese, and holds a manager certificate.
•Supervise daily operations: oversee the day-today activities, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
•Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and support staff.
•Scheduling: Create and manage employee schedules to optimize staffing levels and meet operational needs.
•Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
•Quality Control: Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met.
•Guest Relations: interact with customers to ensure a positive dining experience and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
•Sales Maximization: Implement Strategies to drive sales, upselling, and promotional activities to increase revenue.
•Health and Safety: Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections to maintain a safe and clean environment.
•Licensing and Compliance: Ensure the restaurant complies with all relevant licenses, permits, and legal requirements.
•Staff Training: providing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and improve performance.
•Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews for staff and provide constructive feedback.
•Reporting to Upper Management: Provide regular reports to senior management on restaurant performance, financials, and operational issues.
