We've welcomed quite a few new followers lately, so we thought it was the perfect time to reintroduce some of our amazing team!

Meet Rhylle 👋

An accomplished graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, proudly earned with honors from Manila.

With a diverse hospitality background, she spent four years as a Guest Relations Supervisor at a five-star hotel in Phuket, followed by Restaurant Supervisor at a renowned Japanese restaurant. She then worked as a Duty Manager at a four-star hotel in Singapore for six years, further strengthening her leadership and hospitality expertise.

Today, Rhylle channels her passion for the culinary arts and exceptional service as the Manager of Black Dog Kitchen and Bar, where she continues to elevate the dining experience for every guest.

Rhylle also makes the best coffees, so make sure to grab one on your way through Princes Street!
