WE ARE HIRING: Cook off / Food Preparation Assistant

We are looking for someone to kick things off first thing.
We require someone to take charge of cooking off various input ingredients such as crumbed chicken; donuts; bacon & eggs. Whilst adhering to the highest standards of food safety . Preparation & cooking of meat mixes ; alongside cleaning and re-setting for the following day. This role could include further assistance & hours with bakehouse tasks.

Full training will be provided
Must be available for Early Mornings - 4:30am 2.5hours per day 5-6 days per week - further hours could be incorporated depending on applicant & business operations.

We are looking for someone new to JOIN OUR TEAM!!
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴:
Preparing and cooking breakfast menu items to a high standard.
Managing daily cook-off requirements
Assisting with bakery preparation and production as required.
Contributing creative ideas for brunch menu specials, cabinet offerings, and food presentation.
Maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, and cleanliness.
Following food safety and health & safety procedures.
Supporting the bakery and front-of-house teams during busy periods.
Helping ensure every customer leaves with a great experience.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, café, bakery, or food production environment.
A genuine passion for food and presentation.
Creative flair and the confidence to contribute new ideas.
The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work early mornings & Saturdays.
