WE HAVE GREAT NEWS😊

Hi Everyone,

The press interviewed us the other day because they saw all the photos and comments about us on SNS such as Facebook, etc; therefore, we would like to thank you for all your support.

We would like to also thank Misaki for taking our interview with Teruho.

There has been some misunderstanding in the newspaper🤣haha
Let me explain and clarify it again😂haha
Teruho is not our owner, and she didn't open Iroha. Misaki and Teruho aren't best friends, but we are more like sisters and we are just helping them only as Misaki is our production advisor, and Teruho is our duty manager and there was some confusion about what Misaki and Teruho said in the newspaper. Most of the comments that are in the newspaper that say Teruho said were actually what Misaki said...some of them are Teruho said, of course!! We are sooo surprised by what's happened on the newspaper, honestly. Also, I just wanted to clarify the meaning of our restaurant's name, IROHA. Iroha means "the basics" or "the fundamentals", meaning that we will never forget the feeling and the heart of the beginning. Iroha is a very ancient word used since 1100's so we chose Iroha as we wanted to improve our skills at different places and try a new journey to build up from the beginning and expand Japanese culture (omotenashi) that's truly our thoughts.

And now, let me introduce our main staff again here!!!
Isao - Barista and duty manager
Toshiko - Team Leader
Kana - Chef
Yoshinori - Director / Hall
Please give them a big hug for working so hard every single day🤗

One more thing for all,
We had some customers come in yesterday to expect to eat some ramen by reading the newspaper however, ramen is no longer available!!
