🚤 Big news for the Coromandel!

Explore Group is reinstating the Auckland–Coromandel Town ferry service this summer, launching 24 October (Labour Weekend). The ferry will run an express Friday evening service plus Saturday and Sunday departures, with plans to expand as demand grows.

🕓 Journey time: Just over 2 hours from Auckland’s Viaduct to Hannaford’s Wharf, followed by a shuttle bus into Coromandel Town.

Extended transfer to Whitianga:
