It’s sweet baking day today out here at Colac, which means we have fresh Cinnamon Scrolls, fresh Strawberry Donuts, still warm from the oven! We also have a limited number of slow cooked beef brisket with pear & blue cheese PIES!!!

It’s warm out and the deck is flooded in sunlight and we have some delicious food specials to go with your beer including a lamb, mint & feta smash burger! Annnndddd slow cooked beef, pear and blue cheese pies!

Any ways to use blue cheese are welcome- we have 1.5kg to use up. So far we have blue cheese dipping sauce, pies and a platter…

Was awesome having him come to say hi a while back, when the pub still seemed so far from completion, and now here we are ready to host our first quiz night!
