Did you know it’s worldwide Spin in Public Day today and we have fibre artists from around Western Southland coming to spin here at the pub!

This is something that is close to my heart. Working with our hands and natural materials to create art and practical, beautiful items made with love and intention is so important to me. It’s like gardening.. it connects us to the earth, our ancestors, our community and gives us purpose. When the head, heart and hands all work together magic is created!
