Two days down at the Auckland Food Show and what an experience it’s been!

I’ve been blown away by the response over the last couple of days. It’s been fantastic meeting so many people, talking all things sourdough, answering starter questions, sharing tips and hearing everyone’s own baking experiences.

One of the best parts has been connecting with so many people who are keen to learn, improve their baking, or finally give sourdough a go. It’s been such a fun couple of days.

Looking forward to Day 3 tomorrow and meeting even more fellow bread lovers. If you’re coming along, make sure you stop by and say hi! 🍞

Come and say hello this Sunday 12 July, 8am–1pm at 107 Monument Road, Clevedon.

I’ll have my live organic sourdough starters, sourdough starter kits, and freshly baked sourdough available. Whether you’re just starting your sourdough journey or looking to grow your baking skills, I’d love to help!

This will be my last market for around a month while I focus on preparing for the Auckland Food Show. There are some exciting things happening behind the scenes, and I can’t wait to share them with you soon!

Sometimes the best ideas come from sharing food. 🤎

A lovely friend brought me over a slice of chocolate coffee sourdough to try, and I instantly fell in love with it. I couldn’t stop thinking about it, so of course I had to make my own!

It’s packed with rich chocolate, subtle coffee notes, and all the goodness of naturally fermented sourdough.

You’ll find this loaf at my local markets this week. I can’t wait for you all to try it!
