We are looking for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen crew here at Little Poms. If you love good food, enjoy working in a busy environment, and want to be part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role: As our Sous Chef, you’ll be working alongside our Head Chef to help run the daily operations. You’ll be responsible for leading the team on the floor, maintaining our food standards, and helping to keep the kitchen organized and running smoothly.
What we are looking for:
Experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a busy cafe or restaurant.
Someone who can lead a shift calmly and communicate well with the team.
A solid understanding of food safety, prep, and kitchen basics.
A reliable, team-first attitude—we all pitch in to get the job done here.
