Created by Chef Vijay Biala, our Signature Butter Tikka Masala is proudly made right here in Christchurch, New Zealand. Crafted from scratch using years of experience, traditional Indian techniques, and carefully balanced flavours, this dish has become a favourite for locals and visitors alike.
What makes it special is that it's not just another butter chicken,it's Chef Vijay's own creation, developed and perfected over decades in the kitchen. Every batch is prepared with the same passion and attention to detail that has defined our family business.
We are incredibly proud that one of our most popular dishes is locally created, locally made, and proudly New Zealand-made by Vijay Biala.
