A note from us.

Dear friends,

This is not an easy note to write.

After ten remarkable years of The Monday Room, we find ourselves at a point of pause. Following recent lease negotiations that have not reached a sustainable outcome, we will be entering a period of hiatus.

Our final service in the dining room will be Saturday 9th May.

From the very beginning, this space has been about more than just food and wine, it has been about people, connection, and shared moments. Whether you joined us for a quiet dinner, a celebration, or simply a glass of something special, you have been at the heart of everything we’ve done. For that, we are deeply grateful.

While this marks the end of regular service in our dining room for now, it is not the end of The Monday Room.

We will continue to welcome guests into our space by appointment for private dining experiences in Little Monday: a more intimate expression of what we do, tailored to you and your guests.

We are also excited to begin a new chapter with “Monday Room at Home,” bringing our food, wine, and hospitality beyond our walls and into yours. We look forward to sharing more on this soon.

At the same time, we are actively searching for a new home for The Monday Room. This is not the first time we’ve had to move, and we carry with us the confidence that we can do so again. Thoughtfully, and with the same spirit that has always defined us.

In the meantime, we would love to continue welcoming you at Pasta Pasta, where our team remains ready to host you with the same care and hospitality.

For those holding vouchers, any that remain unused after our final service can be redeemed as part of a private dining reservation in Little Monday, or through our upcoming Monday Room at Home catering offering.

This is a moment of reflection, but also of possibility. We are incredibly proud of what has been created over the past decade, and hopeful for what comes next.

This is possibly the worst kept ‘secret’ around town at the moment, but we are opening a Pasta restaurant next door to The Monday Room!

Expect a more casual, fun, and vibrant setting.
