We’ve had a very busy past few days and are now selling out of our Tonkotsu broth for today (Sunday, 19th April).

We only have only 6 portions left for tonight:(Tonkotsu Soy & Miso, Dipping Soy & Miso, Black Garlic Ramen)

However, our Black Shoyu Ramen is available this evening.

If you are after Tonkotsu Ramen, please come early to avoid disappointment🙏

DJ worked with us from March to October last year, in 2025.
He’s been on the Te Araroa Trail since December 3rd, and he completed his journey on March 18th.

He came back to Christchurch last night 🍜

Good news for Shoyu ramen lovers!

We will be serving Black Shoyu Ramen this weekend, from Friday the 13th to Sunday the 15th.

This special ramen was created by one of our staff members ☺️

It has a rich Black Garlic oil flavour, balanced with a smooth and comforting broth made from bonito and vegetable stock.
Come and try it for yourself!
