Good luck to Zaria, Etienne, TJ & Austin who are representing Canterbury in the Girls & Boys Interprovincials. The boys head to Cambridge to try and retain the title they picked up last year and Zaria heads to Roturua with the girls attempting to win back the title they last won in '23. Bring it home team 💪⛳️

Good day for our men's teams. Woody team saw off Clearwater 5.5 - 2.5 for an important win to move us up the standings. Blank were too strong for Russley with a 6.5 - 1.5 to move into the playoff positions while Thompson McD got an excellent 4.5 - 1.5 away win at Greendale. Unfortunately Po***ck went down to Waitikiri in tough conditions but still a great day for the club.

Over the past four days, all greens and surrounds have been cored and sanded, while the back nine fairways have been overseeded. A big thank you to (Terrafirma Turf ) for carrying out the fairway seeding.
To all our members and visitors, thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support while we undertake this important work.
These renovations represent a significant investment in the health, presentation, and long-term performance of the golf course. While there may be some short-term disruption, the work we are doing now will help ensure the course remains in great condition as we gear up for a busy season ahead.
Note Greens will be sanded again 7/9/26

Update from the NZ Age Group Championships at Harewood. We had 5 junior members playing. Thomas Clayson leads the event on 5 under after an excellent 68 today. Our Club Champ Etienne Collier played brilliantly in the wind on Wednesday but didn't quite get going today and lies tied 3rd on 3 under while his Woodward Cup team mate Maadi Kirikiri fought back after a disappointing 1st day to shoot a 3 under 69 to make the cut on the number. Darren Kung and Zaria Bourne narrowly missed the cut and both will rue a run of holes around the turn where it got away.

I will be hosting a Titleist Demo day at Waimairi Beach on Friday from 11am. You will find me on the range with the latest GTS Range of Titleist Drivers & Fairways as well as TSeries Irons and Vokey Wedges. Flightscope will be set up to help you see improvements in performance and help me fit you into a better club(s) to help you lower your scores
