Our beautiful Santiago is doing something amazing and very special!
A true hospo legend, we have been so lucky to have Santi as our restaurant manager and part of our family. With so much knowledge, talent and a love for the game, this man is really one of the best.
Never without a smile, Santi has one of the kindest souls, and has brought so much joy into this space. A master of service, master of systems, and master of vibes, Santi has made a huge positive impact on everyone here at 5th Street, both customers and our team.
We are so thankful to have had you around these last couple of years Santi! You’ve expanded our wine knowledge, helped perfect our service, but most importantly reminded us how much fun this all can be. We are so proud of your next venture, and are your biggest supporters!
Watch this space Marlowe , if you know Santi, you know it’ll be amazing.
Never stop dancing 🕺
