Yang started with Yangs Fried Chicken and it took off. The trailer gave him visibility, a professional setup and none of the gazebo hassle.

He’s just picked up his second, fully customised with two commercial gas deep fryers installed, launching Yangs Burger. Find both at Mobil Riccarton.

We’ve fitted a beautiful pizza oven alongside a fridge that pushes out, giving the owner plenty of bench space to roll dough and get pizzas out fast.

Meet Joe 👋

When he built Pom’s Thai Kitchen with us, the trailer changed what he could take on: no more lost days to weather, and big events like Christmas in the Park suddenly within reach. One build, with the woks doubling as wok stations and a soup pot.

It went so well, he came back for a second: Spuddy, serving the jacket potatoes he grew up on in England.

From one food trailer to another 🍜

Joe’s one of our repeat customers — and his story says it all.

He ran Pom’s Thai Kitchen out of a simple gazebo for two to three years before upgrading to a trailer. The biggest difference? Time, and trade when the weather is bad. No packing down, no lost days.

It also opened doors that a gazebo never could, big events like Christmas in the Park. And with the woks doubling as wok stations and soup pots, one build covered the whole menu.

After Pom’s Kitchen took off, Joe came back to us for a second: a square box trailer for Spuddy, serving jacket potatoes, the taste of his English childhood.

Today, they’re serving up great food out of their trailers. It was a pleasure helping bring Joe’s vision to life, and we’re proud to have been part of the journey.
