We actually make our noodles in-house - fresh every day, and the first in Christchurch to do it this way 🙌

Everything starts from scratch here, including our broth. it’s simmered for hours to develop that rich, creamy, slow-cooked flavour that makes tonkotsu what it is - deep, comforting, and full of body 😌
