This was the morning brunch I made for some beautiful midwives for their weekly meeting
And yes… I made the waffles! I do make very good waffles because I learnt from the expert (my husband! I had to say that because otherwise I will never hear the end of it at home, oh, was that my recipe you used 😂 ) Waffles are a BIG thing in our house, although we had to stop making them because we were all getting a little bit too cuddly! 😬
But these waffles are something special. Simply pop them in the oven for five minutes and they crisp up beautifully, just like freshly made.
Perfect for brunch, morning tea or taking with you on the go.

I absolutely love catering weddings there’s just something about them that feels so special.

This one will always stay with me. A fully vegan menu for 100 guests, 500 canapés, shared mains, and beautiful desserts. Everything just flowed.

We had the most handsome bartender (my son 😉), perfect weather, and it must have been about 35 degrees so hot!

One of those days where everything comes together and you just stand back for a second and think… yeah, this is why I do it.
