Sugarhorse Bar & Eatery is looking for an experienced, confident Chef to take the lead in our kitchen.

We’re a locally owned bar & eatery and want someone who takes pride in their food, keeps a well-organised kitchen and enjoys having the freedom to contribute ideas rather than simply following a set routine.

The role includes:
πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³ Taking ownership of day-to-day kitchen operations
🍽️ Running service and maintaining consistent food quality
πŸ“ Managing prep, ordering and stock
✨ Developing specials and bringing fresh menu ideas
🧹 Maintaining excellent food safety and kitchen standards
🀝 Working closely with the owners and FOH team

You’ll need to be comfortable working independently during quieter services, with additional kitchen support arranged as required for busier periods.
