The awesome Jack only been with us for a month so hasn't yet figured out the avoidance techniques that the rest of the chefs become surprisingly adept at when it comes to “volunteering” to be on our social media 🫶😆 so, my thanks to Jack for providing a most excellent model for this weeks Pizza Special- woodfired sourdough, white base with ham, basil, garlic, mushroom, Fiordilatte, Fresh pesto and Fresh mozzarella 🇮🇹 🙌

These potato skins are so elusive that the chefs won't actually make me any so that I can get a proper photo using decent light, so I can only ever capture them fleetingly on the pass before they go to a table…

I probably shouldn't even show you a photo all, they sell out every single day, a relatively boring by product of making gnocchi. I had to really get in the way of the foh crew to even get this terrible picture.

The potato skins even get their own google reviews.. no word of a lie. All our amazing food and these guys get a whole solo google review?

Do you know what winds me up the most about the potato skins? I have never even actually had a single one so I don’t get the hype, but you do don’t you. It’s always the first question from the early tables.. “did we get here early enough for the skins?” At 5pm!!!

Obsessed, all of you 🤷‍♀️ potato and cheese.. go figure..
