Ever wondered what makes a croissant so perfectly layered? It all starts here 👇🏼

Lamination is the process of folding cold butter into dough multiple times, creating hundreds of distinct, paper-thin layers. Every fold matters — too warm and the butter melts in, too cold and it shatters.

After lamination, we let the dough rest and proof for a couple of days before baking it at the perfect temperature. Every single croissant is shaped by hand, one by one.

At Lebakermen and Lunana’s, we take every detail seriously 🧈🥐
