Kia Ora! A big hello to all of our Bison BBQ family! We hope that you are all keeping well, and eating well too!
We’ve had some recent inquiries and some slight confusion around – What is going on with Bison??!!?? So, we just wanted to give everyone an update.
We are working on some exciting new things that we can’t wait to share with everyone! However, Bison BBQ has closed. We are not currently operating in any capacity, we have not sold the business, and are not affiliated with any other restaurant, hospitality group, business or organization. Nor have we shared/sold/licensed our recipes or our way of life, our story or our history😊
When we are ready to launch the new things, we will be sharing with you all first. Until then, be well, eat well, live well, and Let There Be Meat!
