So.. this is a post I have been dreading :-( but we have had to sell the shop and move on.
So tonight is officially our last night at the shop it was only made official at 3pm today.
If you would like to come down say goodbye
we are open till 7.30.
We have all our battered stock that needs to go tonight.. :-)
It has been such a pleasure meeting every single one of our customers and have been so greatfull for all the support.
You are all amazing. A small update as well our lovely friday customer came in and enjoyed his final meal with us today. And thank you to the lovely people who sent messages wanting to pay for his meal or came in and paid for one. He was so greatfull and has food for the next 3 days he said.
Anyways. Thank you all so much..

I'm posting knowing the gentleman who was in our shop is not on the internet..
On friday we had a regular come into our shop he comes in every friday.. he is homeless and such a lovely kind man. Who I actually have always enjoyed chatting to whilst he waits for his food to be cooked.
This friday whilist this homeless man was in our shop another man pulled up and came to enter the shop. We noticed him not enter then walk around out side for a quite a while then leave. About 5-10 minutes later.. we recieved a phone call in which my mother answered. It was the man who had turned up but did not come in.. he was extremely rude telling my mother how dear we allow "that hobo" in our shop because he is homeless and mental.
Mum asked if he had rang to place an order he said no he has gone elsewhere but he was ringing to tell us that we should let him in our shop.
Now.. as this person hung up before we got a chance to tell him this... I hope he reads this.. and anyone else with an opinion of the same manner..
WE WILL NOT TURN ANYONE AWAY FROM OUR SHOP FOR ANY REASONS LIKE THIS.. it is not our place to judge anybody. And please to this man.. do not return.. we encourage a pleasant experience at our shop and unfortunately your not.. to our lovely friday customer.. we hope to see you again on friday ..

I just want to say another huge thank you to all the lovely people that came in tonight. Thank goodness we prepped all day lol.. another huge night and a better system.. thank you so much and we will be open again tommorw night 4pm. Phones will be switched on then :-)

Hey everyone. We learnt alot from last night being our first night being open.
We want to make your wait time as short as possible. So we are going to be not taking orders at like 4pm for 6pm it makes it to hard to pop those orders in the mix as we going. Please phone your orders in. If the phone rings out we maybe flat out and two busy to answer right away
Last night we had at least 30 min maybe longer wait time. This is something that we cannot control. And we appreciate your patience through this time. in saying this we arent going to be doing any loaded fries this week.. just standard menu. We will however have gravy pottles :-)
We have been busy prepping since 9am this morning.. and we are hoping with a better system this will be easier.

Lastly thank you everyone was so kind and understanding last night if you happened to be one of the people who were here whilst I had a wee panic lol I'm sorry. We were not expecting to be so flat out :-) the bursons

Omg guys wow. 2.5 hours and we have to close we are sold out.. it has been absolutely non stop since 4pm and we had to shut off the phone at 5.30 it was so crazy we appreciate all the support tonight wS a huge learning experience with how this whole contactless thing works. We are sorry for long wait times and we appreciate all the kindness. Thank u so much for supporting us we will see u all tommorw with triple stock.

Unfortunately we dont have spring rolls potatoe fritter or large hotdogs untill tommorw otherwise our normal menu is avalible. Cheesecakes will start back as of next week.
There will be a table at the door to make payments
We are following the strict guidelines to ensure everybody's safety.

please use the provided hand sanitizer before and after using the eftpos we we ensure we wipe this down with sanitizer also.
Please bring a bag to pop your food in as we dont have any to provide. .
You name or order number will be put on the whiteboard in the window when your order is ready. Please allow 10 minutes for your order to be prepared. Unless we state otherwise on the phone.

From talking to a customer today via private message I decided to post about this because of there encouragement to do so :-) (by the way it's been lovely receiving messages from our customers I miss seeing you all)
We got talking about what we have been up to during lockdown..while it's been so awesome being home with my family the fate of our business was always a worry. So in this time i decided to join Tupperware as a consultant to supplement our income in lockdown and while we build our business back up. Hi everyone I hope you are all fearing well with the lockdown. As you all know level 3 comes tommorw this means we can open with contactless ordering and pick up.
We have a website that will be up and running soon and working at getting a mobile eftpos for by the door.
We are looking at Wednesday to reopen and this to begin with will be just evenings. We are looking forward to being back and hope to "see" you all come down and support us.
