We are normally closed on weekends but this Saturday, we’re making a little exception! We’ll be open from 7:30 am to 10.30/11 am to support my neighbour’s brand new gym grand opening at a new location just two doors away on Hands Road.
If you’re around, drop by for a cup of coffee! 🙂
