“THE UNFOLDING”

The Unfolding celebrates the quiet transition into spring.
Inspired by longer days, tender greens, fresh berries, rhubarb and delicate florals, this collection brings together six handcrafted patisserie pieces with a light and refined character.

Strawberry and elderflower, lemon and ginger, pistachio and rose, rhubarb and vanilla, white chocolate and yuzu come together in a collection that captures the freshness and gentle optimism of the season.

Rather than a traditional interpretation of spring, The Unfolding explores the season through delicate flavours, natural colour and considered patisserie.

Available this weekend and on the last weekend of October. Bookings are essential on our website.
