WE’RE HIRING!

We’re looking for a part time Kitchen Assistant/Cook to join the our team!

If you love food, enjoy working with people, and can keep up in a fast paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Everyone is welcome to apply!
Experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided — all we ask is that you’re willing to learn and be part of the team.

What you’ll be doing:
• Food prep & cooking
• Customer service & taking orders
• Keeping the truck clean and organised
• Setup & packdown

Where you’ll be working:
📍 Sangkutsa Filipino Foodtruck at The Arts Centre during lunch service and some events around South Island
📍 Our HQ at Sydenham Underpass

To our amazing regulars & customers, important update!

We're closed starting today, 16th March until further notice (hopefully before Friday 🤞🏼).

Last Friday was rough - our truck was broken into, along with others nearby. They didn't get much from us (just an empty cash box and a LIGHTER, lol), but our door and till area took a hit, so we’ll be sending it to the repairers.

We're devastated, but we'll be back stronger. Daghang salamat for always supporting us 🖤

God has blessed us with a different kind of mindset for seeing wealth this year. Through this business, we are rich... from visiting the Philippines to hosting family here. Between sunrises, sunsets, gaining new friends, discovering new hobbies, learning new skills, testing new flavours, and creating memories.

To our whānau and friends — thank you for the encouragement, constant support, and belief in what we’re building. You keep us standing on the hard days.
